The Valve Tube is a dual function tube. One of its functions is to allow you to close off entire sections of your network. The other function is to act as a one way tube allowing payloads travelling out of a network, but not in.
Behaviour[]
By default, the Valve Tube is closed meaning items cannot pass into it from the valve side (the fancy part). In this state items are able to pass out of the valve as long as they came from behind it.
The valve can be opened by applying a redstone signal of any level. When open, items can flow freely through it in both directions.
