The Buffer Tube provides a 9 slot inventory which can temporarily store items. They will be ejected into the network when possible at a rate of 2 stacks per second. This tube can also act as an inventory for other blocks to output into much like the Injection Tube.
This tube acts as an overflow destination and will cease to function if items are jammed. Jammed items will not enter the buffer inventory.
